Contrary to popular belief, Orange Pekoe (or OP) is NOT orange flavoured. Rather, the name denotes the standard by which all black teas are measured, and for our luxury hospitality range, we believe that we have sourced one of the finest OPs available on the global market.

Grown at high altitudes in Kenya, India, and China, and seasonally produced, OP is thought to be full of natural health benefits, including antioxidant properties and cardiovascular benefits.

Moody and malty, with hints of oak, the coppery colour of the high-quality oxidised leaves sets a standard of its own when brewed. Best enjoyed medium to strong, after 4-7 minutes at a temperature of 100°C/212°F, this premium cuppa can be taken with a splash of milk (and sugar to taste), or lemon and honey as you prefer.
